Caiti Johnson provides assistance to clients as well as support to financial advisors as Branch Operations Assistant. She understands clear communication and prompt follow-up is key to making each step of the administrative process successful.
Caiti has experience serving clients both inside and outside of the financial services industry and strives to provide top-notch service. You will find she is friendly and desires to make the client experience both enjoyable and efficient.
When she isn’t in the office, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband and two kids. They take advantage of the amazing Michigan summers in their pool, entertaining family and friends. They’re also busy with two Vizsla dogs, named Hank Williams and Willie Nelson.
